Week 2 Questions
During the Lenten season we are calling upon all members of St. Michael to join together in prayer and reflection as we discern the future direction of our mission and ministry as a congregation. Each week, a new question will be introduced. Please give daily thought to the question. Below are prayers to begin your reflection time each day. At the end of the week, please write your thoughts on the contact form provided at the bottom of his page. Your responses will be sent directly to the Survey Committee. Thank you for participating in this endeavor.

What are the strengths of the congregation? What opportunities do we need to improve upon? What would you change?
Daily Reflection Prayers
Monday: "The church's one foundation is Jesus Christ, her Lord . . . Her charter of salvation, one Lord, one Faith, one Birth; One holy name she blesses, partakes one holy Food, and to one hope she presses, with every grace endued." Amen.
Tuesday: Dear Father, as Christ is the church's foundation, help me to focus this day on the building blocks that define the community of St. Michael. Amen
Wednesday: Gracious God, help me to define the strengths of my church. Amen.
Thursday: As we grow as a community of faith, dear Lord, what areas need to be improved upon to create a strong commitment to our ministry in Christ? Amen.
Friday: Heavenly Father, help me to think about the possibility of change. Amen.
Saturday: Today, Lord, I get to dream about change at St. Michael. Thank you for the many possibilities to grow in faith and service. Amen.
